Pros
They are a well organised and established studio.
Cons
Not much opportunities within the company for growth.
Contract lengths are pretty cutthroat, which is normal within the industry, even before the writer's strike situation.
If you have worked with the company before and would like to work with them again don't expect to be able to negotiate a higher rate, instead expect to be lowballed by management as they explain why they think you're worth paying less.
They would much rather gamble on new artists, that they haven't worked with before and pay them more and then drop them asap once the project is over. It is a business after all.
