All employee voices are respected, heard and considered within the company. The company genuinely cares about its people, their development and understands that everyone has a life outside of work. The flexibility is there in terms of working environment - as long as everyone works together to meet their assigned objectives/targets. There is no clock watching or micro management. I really enjoy working at BlueBridge One. Working with genuine, good, down to earth people is important to me considering how much of one's life is spent at work!
