Some good employees who care & want to do well. Pays well. Hires talented individuals Diversity, but favoritism.
Cons
CEO micromanages everyone & everything. She hires experienced people only to tell them exactly how to do it because she thinks she’s better and smarter than everyone. She treats people like a number. She’s cheap & demands going to conferences but won’t fully pay for everyone. She expects you to drop everything and miss all family events if she requires you. Co-founders aren’t aligned which makes it difficult. Strategy changes every few weeks because they panic. CEO cares more about what the competition is doing and building exactly what they are doing vs building a fabulous product customers want. Just because someone has been there for a few years doesn’t mean they like it-it’s a paycheck. Co-founders are French and favor all French employees. There’s no such thing as a work/life balance-sweat shop! Only way to survive: not care, shut up & do what you’re told even if it’s unethical which you will be asked to do.
