Close team of therapists, amazing clients

Unorganized scheduling (literally every morning was a surprise) rude upper management, no pay raises and no employee incentives. This company’s top tier pay is most clinics entry level pay. Employees have no lunch breaks, upper management prefers to bill client insurance during the 30 minute lunch period. Extremely poor communication from upper management. MOST importantly, clients needs are not a top priority to upper management. BCBA’s are very slow at updating client goals, clients seemed to regress consistently, very sad for innocent children that have so much more potential, parents are not fully aware and are wasting money.

The mission is meaningful, and many employees are deeply passionate about the work and the people they serve. There is a strong emphasis on quality care, collaboration, and doing the right thing. Teams are made up of knowledgeable, supportive professionals who genuinely care about growth, learning, and impact. Leadership shows an openness to feedback and a desire to continue strengthening the organization as it grows.

Cons

As with any organization experiencing growth, systems and processes continue to evolve. Change can move quickly at times as the company adapts and scales, which may require flexibility. Overall, these are typical growing-pain challenges rather than structural concerns.
