BlueSprig come across as being too concerned with expanding their brand and nowhere near concerned enough with taking care of what they currently have. As a current employee, I have not had a conversation with a single RBT coworker that is satisfied or has any loyalty to BlueSprig.
The Shape of Behavior did plenty of things that I did not care for, but they offered a very clear incentive for RBTs to stay on. Every single incentive that we had is now gone or reduced. BlueSprig have been in charge for a decent amount of time now and have not communicated to RBTs any kind incentive that would make anybody want to stay on. RBTs are constantly leaving because they're finding other jobs as RBTs at companies that are offering a lot more than BlueSprig. Because of this, we simply don't have enough therapists to offer quality care for our clients. And this will continue to be a problem so long as they continue to do nothing.
I think an important thing in any workplace is feeling like you're appreciated. I get that from my team at my clinic. I get it from my OM and my CD. BlueSprig have not made anybody feel like they're important or appreciated. They haven't communicated a single thing to make anyone feel otherwise.
BlueSprig wants to "change the world for children with autism" but so far they're not doing well enough.
