Operations manager = scheduler, recruiter, building maintenance,marketer, culture ambassador, and everything else under the sun. You are expected to do everything and make sense of it when it doesn’t make any.
Pay is an absolute joke
I’ve been with the company for several years and absolutely no real review or compensation. We are supposed to make the center profitable to earn a bonus when the P&L’s nickel and dime you and subtract paying the corporate office. Too many VP’s of everything! You all are always having to hire because no one will stay. OM’s get zero recognition or any monetary raises, but we are the ones cleaning up vomit, plunging toilets all while everyone gets to make beautiful flip books to add more work to our plate.
