Pros

If you want to hide under the covers and do nothing this, is you kind of job! they only care about all mighty dollar and will stop at nothing to get it even if that means robbing Peter to pay Paul.

Cons

The company has a BOY'S CLUB and if you're not in it you are just another number and treated like an outsider. High turnover rate due to management changes on the fly, no solid direction other than getting the money and run. this company will beat you down all the time. The training is a joke. Poorly treated employees just stay to they find another job to move onto. As far as benefits don't bank on them, there is always a reason the incentives are not paid, or they are short and late. This is the first time in my life I have written a negative comment about a previous employer but please look at the companies track record and do your research.......

Pros

Cons

We work in the construction industry which is not an easy one to work in, especially with the size projects that we complete. It's not an industry that everyone can stomach especially when we are responding to a CAT event and the amount of time required of us. But that's the industry and what we have to do to fulfill the commitments we make to our clients. I don't have any "cons" that wouldn't apply to any other company or job. If you have an issue, you should address it with management. I've never been shut down or not listened to whenever I've reached out to address an area of concern.

Pros

Can be fast paced. Great Pier work group. Travel for PD's was very manageable.

Cons

Healthcare costs take a lot of your paycheck. Upper management does not listen to any new ideas. Upper management runs the company like its 20 years ago and does not change its thinking. Upper management treats you like a robot and not a human most of the time.
