Pros
The best part was working alone a lot of the time. It was a very quiet job except for the week ends when a lot of people move in or out.
Cons
There are so many. Its a small company so you are always under a microscope. You are not allowed to contact upper management (HR for example) for any reason, You need to go through your manager and they "relay the information" Training is short, only 5 days and then you are left to your own in a massive building. Management bad mouths all of the employees and does not build morale at all. If you have some late renters and you are trying to get them out of the building, you may forget to do something. Then, you are called out on it the next day because everyone stabs each other in the back. They say they offer benefits after 30 days but none were ever offered. They change policies and don't tell you so they set you up to fail.
