Unprofessional, Toxic Culture with Favouritism - Anonymous employee Bluecore Employee Review

My experience with this organization has been overwhelmingly negative. The work culture is toxic, with clear favouritism from management. Feedback and decisions are often based on what these "favourite" employees say. 1:1 meetings, which should be private and supportive, are often based on information collected from management's favourites. What's worse is that these supposedly confidential discussions are shared openly within the team, completely undermining trust and professionalism. There's a revolving door for a particular position in the team. Every year, they hire someone new, subject that person to the same toxic environment and metal exhaustion, and inevitably, the position opens up again. This is a clear sign of how unhealthy the workplace is. The management shows a complete lack of experience in working with a diverse environment. If you value your mental health, professionalism, and ethical leadership, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
