Favoritism and nepotism thrive. If you are an employee that management needs for their high stakes game of checkers, they will sometimes throw money in your direction. Cons
Worse than you can imagine. All employees are disposable. 100% turn over rate as much due to firing as employees leaving. Owner and president will consistently contradict each other, so expect to be on your toes and wrong all of the time. Both are equally and separately horrible. An example of the owner's advice to getting what they want, "Have you tried calling them a/an *insert swear word insult"
