Pros

Great co workers. Great prices on rooms when available. Great owners that we see time after time.

Cons

Stressful. Owners upset over things that were out of employees control. Computer program antiquated. Difficult to solve problems due to outdated computer system. Resort employees left to deal with the aftermath of what owners were told by salespeople. NEPOTISM

Pros

Managers are friendly, understanding, and caring individuals. The music is listenable through-out a 8 hour work day, and there are options to go remote after 3-4 months.

Cons

The commission structure is unattainable. You can only receive commission in a perfect world, and yet you have to constantly be under pressure to book, and now ask for money on top of that. You will only make your hourly for the first few months because of how the commission structure is created. You need to focus on making a pipeline and keep your bookings to 20+ or more to even receive any additional money.
