Pros

Smart and capable coworkers who genuinely care about delivering quality work

Cons

Over time, I’ve become more and more disappointed with how employees are treated. There’s a clear gap between what leadership says and what actually happens. We’re told the company is doing great, but soon after, bonuses are reduced or removed entirely. In some cases, previously earned incentives were even cut retroactively, which felt unfair and deeply frustrating. There’s a strong expectation to constantly go above and beyond, yet rewards and recognition don’t follow. In fact, bonuses have been pulled at the last minute without any prior notice. It creates a culture where employees are asked to give more and more, while receiving less in return. Layoffs seem to happen every year without clear reasoning, which adds to the sense of instability and fear. On top of that, politics play a big role in decision-making across many layers of the organization, particularly within the design (cannot say more for the head of it) and some software teams. This makes collaboration harder and creates an environment where performance alone doesn’t always determine outcomes. Leadership talks a lot about transparency, growth, and valuing employees, but those words rarely turn into action. Instead, it feels like short-term messaging to keep morale from dropping too quickly, rather than a real commitment to the people who work there. Overall, trust in leadership has significantly declined. Many employees feel undervalued, unsupported, and uncertain about their future with the company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad the quality and commitment of your colleagues has been a positive part of your experience. We hear you, and we understand that periods of significant change can be difficult. Concerns around compensation, recognition, and communication are ones we take seriously. We are confident in the direction we are taking on compensation structure and remain committed to ensuring it is applied with clarity and fairness. We also recognize that trust is built through actions, not words, and that consistency between what we communicate and what employees experience matters. That is something we continue to hold ourselves accountable to. We encourage you to raise any specific concerns through internal channels, and we genuinely hope your experience improves. Best regards, The Team Blueground

We offer exceptional value to our clients which is very important to me. The culture is fantastic, we have very bright and talented people working here and we all collaborate. I'm allowed to operate with a lot of autonomy, overall a great place to work!

Cons

Nothing at this point, I don't have anything for improvement.

Pros

Remote work is supported, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues across different cities. The European culture is easygoing, and the work environment is relaxed, with slower pace and lower volume. Some days I don’t get much leads and automation is helpful with ai

Cons

Our guidance and sales focus changes daily. Untrustworthy and poor sales exec leadership feels like high school, with a lot of favoritism towards ATH team leads (usually women). It seems like promotions are reserved for them because the cost of Athens is low, so increases are small. Many people appear to be underutilized, and talent is ignored. Everyone seems like an underutilized and expensive admin while owning 1-2 tasks as core job duties. The CEO gives too much control to people who make poor decisions and directions, and it seems like they know it. The company is unstable. Executives seem to be the only ones not held accountable, while everyone else is blamed for bad decisions. They also seem to be the ones getting incentives with zero bonuses for everyone else. Company preaches to be guest centric but our customers stop using our product. Too much egos at the top and manipulation. It’s a boys club
