- Because you are driving a lot it can be a lot on your vehicle and while gas is reimbursed, maintenance is not.
- Lack of direction from management
- Constant changes to workflows making it difficult to follow a consistent way of doing things
- Since this role has you “in the field”, it can be hard to communicate with managers and other higher-ups while on the job because they live in different states and other countries.
- Onboarding is very rushed and you are expected to learn almost everything within a few days
- Performance reviews are based off customer feedback which doesn’t always co-relate to your tasks and can hinder your scores even if it’s an issue that is out of your control.
