Everything. The CEO could be used as a case study on how to run a business into the ground. If you aren't easy to control, he becomes intolerable and is not above tearing people down in order to make himself feel better. He gets off on having power over everyone, and changes his mind on a whim constantly, never giving thought to how his actions will impact the team. I have never worked with someone who played favorites so obviously, or who was so unaware of themself and how they are perceived.
It's incredibly obvious that HR has asked newbies to the company to write these positive reviews. They asked me while I was at the company and I declined.
The workload is not tolerable. The operations team is constantly on the verge of a breakdown, with team members crying every day. It's hectic, unorganized, and the management is all over you to make things happen, even when faced with obstacles that feel insurmountable.
