-Staffing feels light for the number of clients supported, especially in busier times of the year -Medical insurance is not great (it is what it is, small company insurance and all) -Pay could be better, especially in some of the more advanced positions -Company performance discussions sometimes seem to focused on metrics and don't feel like they take into account the day to day situations, particularly on the Service Desk
