-Great and friendly staff- This is a huge aspect for not only the customers that come into the salon, but for my experience here at the salon. Having a positive connection with one another helps develop positive relationships and being able to communicate with one another. Clients have commented on how friendly we are as a staff. - Team Green/ Weekly Meetings- Having a strong staff affects how well we achieve our numbers as a salon. When hitting team green we need to hit our numbers in all areas. Being able to keep up and communicate where we stand as a whole group blends with the meetings we have every week. During the meetings we discuss our strengths and weakness. This helps encourage one another to hit the numbers we need to achieve to hit team green. The company provides each staff member with a credit to be able to do team building activity. Clients- Here at the boardroom the clients are exceptional and respectful. Being here for three years I have made great relationships with many clients.
