      Pros

      BODEN offers all those who enter a strong company culture and top tier clients. Benefits are decent as well, with 401K being matched 4%, great healthcare benefit options and great vacation/PTO days. Additionally, team members are welcoming and inspiring.

      Cons

      As with any company, there's always room for improvement with benefits/bonuses and new business growth.

      Pros

      Boden is an awesome place to do work for top-notch clients that is both fun and impactful. Everybody in the office is willing to help you succeed and grow both as a professional and as a human being. The people here are the best of the best at what they do, and they challenge you to be your best as well. The flexible two days in the office, three days at home schedule helps create a great work/life balance.

      The team culture (NOT LEADERSHIP) was amazing!

      Horrible CEO - borderline delusional. Everything was always so scrappy, disorganized and honestly extremely shady practices.
