The business has a new strategy and leadership and is making a big investment to align its 135+ plants to its values - safety first, performance, customer experience and sustainability. There is a lot of change happening in the business - and this change is designed well for building a successful Bodycote for the future. This makes it an exciting time to be working at Bodycote. And as these change programmes are deployed across the 135 'engines' of the business, employee engagement and enthusiasm is great to see. An exciting time to be at Bodycote.
Cons
Internal communication channels (bringing the whole group together as one) do need further work. Historically this has not been prioritised. But the value of One Bodycote is well understood by the leadership and a lot of work is ongoing to drive this forwards - sharing and engaging across the group's 135 plants and 4,000 employees.
