      Friendly staff, education and classes. Great products

      Cons

      Horrible management, very gossipy. Eric the owner is beyond rude and insensitive. You won’t learn anything from him as he’s not a mentor and will tell you as so. He will have you do 70% of the work with 5% of his tips which he thinks is generous. He has his favorites and will treat you less then.

      The team is very friendly, I have fun with my coworkers. Very busy location, if you put in the effort you will be able to build a great clientele. Good work life balance, they’re very flexible with schedules

      The employee discount on products was okay.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid, management can be complicated, as employees often have to jump through hoops to get time off due to understaffing. It puts clients over employees all the time because they are money-hungry.
