Poor Management | Favoritism - Café Manager Bon Appétit Management Employee Review

During the Covid era, according to the company policy, staff was supposed to be quarantined after being exposed to Covid positive workers. After being exposed, I requested a quarantine from my manager but my manager was skeptical and kept questioning my exposure. Secondly, my manager was not competent in managing people after I numerously reported my coworker's cross-the-line behaviors, such as aggressive language and temper control issues. It became a very toxic working environment because my coworker continuously gossiped about me throughout the team.
