Pros
-Coworkers are usually awesome, friendly, helpful, and all-around decent people to get to know and work with -Interacting with customers can be interesting and fun
Cons
-A constant battle to negotiate a living wage -Truck supervisors are expected to go well beyond job description expectations -Management and company structure is horrible ("who do I talk to about this...?") -Lack of communication between managers and truck staff - i.e. end-of-shift requests to work an extra 2 hours when the need for extra staffing had been known about for days -Sketchy hiring/promotion practices
