HR will change your contract without notifying you. HR is hospital, not school run, and unavailable. Leadership uses “the ministry” as an excuse for everything. Poor pay. Bad health care benefits for a hospital system. Poor PTO. No room for advancement. Maximum yearly raise is 3% and not guaranteed.
