The owner/CEO is by far the most caring person I have ever worked for. He is professional, but also personable and truly cares for his employees. There is a real sense of belonging and inclusion at Bonafide. We've built up a leadership team with a focus on the future and are always open to suggestions. Unlike other agencies where budget is valued, at Bonafide customers are actually valued and Bonafide does what is right, not just what is "in budget", in order to get results. Employees have opportunities to grow their skillset and take on new roles.

As a team that works so lean and mean, sometimes there is confusion around who is responsible for a specific task. However, since we have daily standup and open communication, the confusion never lasts long.
