Pros
The people are nice for the most part. You are left alone thru the day. Good snacks. Good benefits.
Cons
The CEO is extremely degrading to a large majority of the employees here. There are a few people who he respects, while he has vocalized that he does not respect most of the office (all of which are the younger employees). He goes on stating that he wants “grinders”, however he never gives anyone the chance to actually exhibit what they’re working on. Then continues to talk negatively behind his employees backs. Management (the CEO) will ask you to complete a task (with no reason behind it), he will forget about it, ask you about three other times, and grow irrationally frustrated when it’s not completed exactly how he wants it because he gave zero direction or clarification. He refuses to delegate any work to employees so everything has to go through him or it’s the end of the world. His title allows him to disrespect employees with no consequences. The CEO goes out of his way to make people feel uncomfortable with the purpose of appearing intimidating. He is not interested in the success and happiness of employees. He has already hired and fired two previous sales teams. New employees are starting to drop like flies. My advice to anyone who is considering applying here - don’t. You’ll be fed lies and false information in the interview. Then you’ll come into this depressing office where no one is talking with the fear of being fired. There is zero job security here. All of the positive reviews on here are because the head of recruiting asks employees to write a review when they are one week into their new job.
