Laborer - Laborer Bonduelle Employee Review

Improper/ incomplete training for all jobs but you are expected to know how to do all aspects even though you weren't trained fully. The worst position for this is as an operator from speaking to people who are/were operators. Area supervisors have no management training and belittle employees daily. Shift supervisors do not have management training or knowledge of all areas they over see. They are more concerned with production numbers then health and safety issues or employees well being or training. Human resources not involved in any areas of training or any help to employees. Employees once in a job do not want to change jobs or move to a higher position as they see the lack of training in those areas.
