      High profile partners. From a trainee perspective, you had the chance to work directly with partners on a daily basis and learn lots of things.

      Pros

      Great environment and colleagues: great respect for interns, which are treated as trainees without being exploited. Good balance work/ study and great focus on educating interns.

      Cons

      Some international law firms are now paying more, still they do have worst working hours.
