The nice thing about working for a small agency is the ability to learn and grow without bureaucratic hoops to jump through.

Because it is smaller, there can be a lot of pressure to perform at your fullest capacity. Taking days off and knowing that things will still get accomplished in your absence doesn't really exist, which can take a toll.

At this agency, we are encouraged to continue to learn and grow. It is also clear that you are allowed to expand and adapt your role as you see fit. The leadership is always preaching the goal to do great work and exceeding client’s expectations. As a designer, I appreciate the desire to always be pushing the envelope when it comes to design and the fact that we continue to improve our work even after the projects are complete. When it comes to our clients, it refreshing that we go beyond just our professional partnerships. We have been involved with several of our clients in charity engagements. We work hard but also find time to get out of the office for social gatherings, including weekend mountain excursions, wakeboarding behind the boss's boat, and of course - a happy hour when needed. Another plus - the company and workplace is dog friendly!

Need a bigger office space - but I guess that’s actually a good thing.
