- Scheduling for shifts is relatively easy and free: was able to get different days off while still having about 5 days a week. - Cool Coworkers. - Never a dull moment with what comes in. - Very good company purpose.

- Higher ups don't really do much for helping in the store (can understand certain points, but not this level). - Never a dull moment with what comes in. - Almost no value to job beyond paycheck. - Positions don't really scale responsibilities with pay. - No real voice within company. - Rules give the impression of distrust towards workers.

Customers, atmosphere, culture, coworkers, media

The management is often cold, hostile, and hard to work with. Ultimately make for a deeply uncomfortable work environment.
