Pros
Though the team is small, the amount of work they put into the company is amazing. They are so easy to work with, understanding of personal situations that may arise outside of work and extremely flexible while being efficient at the same time. It's amazing the amount of work they get done with such a small team and the kindness they afford is hard to find. Everyone also works remote and they stay up to date with technology so well that they are a driving force in their field.
Cons
I experienced no cons when working there. The team is fantastic and though I was looking for any cons I was unable to find any.
