      -Great company culture -Top notch pros dedicated to their craft -Transparency across leadership -Walks the talk, for sure -Fun -Curious

      Cons

      -Speed vs market; we have to keep up -Over architecting things that don't need to be sometimes -Shifting priorities that result in unecessary churn and toil -Workload can be a bit much at times but expected at a startup
