Pros

Knowledgeable, supportive, and hard-working colleagues. Good inter-departmental collaboration.

Cons

Software not ready for prime time. Low caliber management micro-manages other departments. IQ doesn't match the egos. No real solution to problems - just useless mandates; they'd rather fire people and get an ego boost than resolve the issues. Insecure leadership stems from an inability to have solid grasp on the workings of each department. Consequently it breeds resentment among employees who are held responsible for factors beyond their control. For all future employees - I wish you get employment there so you would come back and rate it 1-star. I am sure you would :-D!! There was a negative environment all around which is seen as a source of achievement. ps: Glassdoor should verify the 5-star reviews - remove the ones stemming from the same IP address & MAC. 1-star company and leadership.

Cons

There are occasionally tight deadlines, but the organization has the necessary resources to handle them.

Pros

None to actual note about this place. Aside from the people in the Miami office

Cons

At my short time at BoomerangFX I was lead to believe by the CEO this is a place you can tear up your CV and feel like you have a place to grow. To only come in the following week get told that 6 other people in my training class were let go because the CEO didn't feel like they were a good fit. This place doesn't have a good script, doesn't think it worth investing in a way to connect with the decision makers just talk to the receptionist and go from there. Additionally, if a recruiter tells you its $75 per meeting booked think again the OTE couldn't be more off it $25 per meeting attended. Only place where I have worked that no-one from operations, IT, and HR are actually able to answer anything because they just got hired and don't know the process creating internal delays. Only company where they have the guts to tell their employee that they hold 3 days of pay from when you start and is released when they are cut from the company. Seeing your Chief Executive Officer walk-in with shoe laces untied, backpack flipped. And then hearing him talk to his team members like they are children infront of everyone else,
