Pros

Pre-divestiture from Dell there was a strong culture and strong leadership. Sales culture and leadership remain strong with tenured and thoughtful sales leadership.

Cons

Post-divestiture it's become very top-heavy with increasing toxicity and lack of vision - especially outside of sales. No strong or articulate market vision or competitive differentiation. Myopic focus on growing the biz and an 'exit' strategy, loss of focus on people.

Pros

The primary solution is strong with a loyal client base. Comp packages are generous and achievable in the right territory.

Cons

Sales leadership is really weak. Many larger deals are compliance related and the net new Enterprise clients are few. So growth is not what they claim it to be. Boomi has made a big investment in AI and within the platform there is a strong solution to aid in development, but enterprise wide adoption of AI is going to the big players like Microsoft, Google, AWS. There are very few promotions from within, the tendency is to hire people from outside versus developing .
