Pros
Boomzap's transparency and the philosophy of the directors certainly set the tone of what it means to be part of their family. The work culture offers much freedom, but at the same time that implies a good amount of responsibility on your part. That said, you can be assured that this would mean only people just as self-motivated and self-disciplined as you need to be will be working along side you.
Cons
May not be the most stable of companies, because the company size does change a little depending on the projects and opportunities on hand, but they always remember those that have been there for them when times were hard.
