Pros

The team at Boost is incredible, I feel fortunate to have worked at such an amazing company for nearly 5yrs. Day to day I worked alongside colleagues that shared similar values, a deep passion for their craft and a dedication to learning and development. There is no limit to the opportunities that Boost can provide - if you are courageous enough to step into it! My top 5 reasons to work at Boost - Purpose & values driven work - High trust environment - Freedom to use natural talents to lead and serve - Positive and uplifting team culture - Growth & development is driven by you, supported by the team

Cons

I wish it wasn't true but sadly, Boost isn't for everyone. If you are someone that craves structure, hierarchy and climbing up the ladder with a fancy title - you might feel a little lost. With a flat structure and collaborative approach you'll need to be comfortable not all ways having the right answers, iteratively learning and naturally getting your "status" fix by investing in the success of others.

- Collaborative and autonomous way of working - Excellent team culture - Great clients - Lots of learning and growth opportunities - Small teams who only work on one project at a time (less context switching and more focus) - Awesome office space - Motivating purpose - Lots of fun events and groups (D&D, knitting, film, sewing etc) - Agile! - R&D days

Cons

- Because of the collaborative way of working with clients and the Boost team it might not be the place for you if you like more solo work - Because of the flat structure if you are more task orientated and like to have the guidance of a manager it could be a struggle being in an autonomous workplace - Because of the smaller team there is a lot of pitching in and variety, if you prefer to stay in your lane it might not be as suitable - Sometimes I care too much because I am very invested in the success of the business
