Pros
The company really expresses a desire to create hard-working character driven individuals with a positive moral compass and goal-oriented lifestyles. This aspect of the company was great. Teams would encourage each other to become better overall humans. I learned about my character but also about responsibilities, time management, money management, etc.
Cons
The working conditions were deplorable and the pay was worse. I was illegally salaried at $12,000 a year, yes that's correct. Work generally lasted from 7 am until 3 pm with no time for lunch breaks. On multiple occasions we would travel to other cities and would stay in hotels and on most occasions I would be confined to sleeping on the floor as there were 4+ employees in a room. The company uses its persuasive nature of character building and spiritual driven mentality to convince college aged students of the good-nature quality of the company. By the end, the character drive of the company felt more like a disguise to treat employees at such low standards. By the end of it, it felt more like a cult than a job.
