8yThank you for the feedback. We are proud of our culture that rewards employee-owners through great growth opportunities and the ownership stake we accumulate through the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). It is awesome being 100% employee-owned!
Regarding employee-owner feedback, it is critical to our success as an employee-owned company. We believe regular conversations are the best way to get that feedback. We encourage frequent coaching and development conversations between employee-owners and their leader. We also have monthly employee-owner meetings where the state of the business is shared. It is also a great opportunity to exchange ideas, raise questions and provide input to our leaders. Being engaged in the business and providing this feedback is an expectation of our employee-owners. Finally, this fall we are launching a new survey process to continually gather employee-owner feedback about their overall experience at Border States.
