      Great management when available. Good benefits. quarterly and annual bonuses.

      Cons

      In my department 90% of my coworkers only spoke English when talking to me directly, so I often felt like I was out of the loop, and they did not want me to know what was being said. Everyone spoke fluent English but I could not participate in any conversations. when management was present they would speak English.

      ESOP - employee owned culture & fantastic retirement. Multiple verticals and great breadth of supplier support. Continued expansion offers more opportunities for customers and employees.

      Pace of technology deployment and enhancement needs to be faster.
