      Pros

      ESOP - Employee Owned. Company was growing fast. Retirement was very good. At any given time there are positions open to check out and see if anything interests you. Opportunity for growth is high if you are willing to hop around the country.

      Cons

      Lower pay than Industry average because of ESOP. You can start to feel trapped because of this.

      ESOP - employee owned culture & fantastic retirement. Multiple verticals and great breadth of supplier support. Continued expansion offers more opportunities for customers and employees.

      Pace of technology deployment and enhancement needs to be faster.
