Low basic salary Bonus is getting lower Plans to change medical insurance for new joiners Facetime culture for some directors (time in office) 3 titles before manager (accountant, associate, AM) compared to Big 4 High standards for new promotions but some directors / SMs are not up to standards, for example no CPA or just obtained CPA Bad culture for example asked staff to attend office (in Admiralty) no matter how bad the protests are and asked staff to make an effort to attend office even if it takes 3-4 hours

Working at Borrelli Walsh has taught me to be more independent and trained me to multi-task duties fairly well! Everyday is a never ending challenge learning new things and it always kept me on my toes.

Location is not fairly good for me ever since I moved house.
