Pros
This is a startup company – the Mill commissioned in mid 2014. It will challenge you with any role you take on here. The buildings are brand new and nice. Pay is good and they do pay for your steel toes and eye wear. They offer free snacks to the people in the admin building
Cons
Lots of disorganization. Your paychecks are always wrong. The policies are not consistent. One person can get a write up for something a person got terminated for or even promoted for. Working here with a startup has had its ups and downs but more of the downs than the ups. It’s easy to get in here, feel some sort of excitement to only see the true colors of the disorganization and lack of leadership. Most of the upper level folks do not have people skills and I would say 80% of the supervisors and managers should not be in the role they are in. The facility is also not in an area where you can access lunch spots in a reasonable amount of time.
