      Pros

      Working with an exceptionally gifted team. An ethical project that has ambitious plans to revolutionise and disrupt the Commerce space. Flexible working/remote working Committed teams who are more than willing to help and guide. Great onboarding process (in this day and age its not an easy task!). Experienced and dedicated founding team. Exciting growth plans leading to opportunities internally.

      Cons

      Covid has restricted our abilities to celebrate some of the companies successes in person (but we've found ways using the MetaVerse). At times it can seem like a snowball of ideas, hiring needs with an everchanging landscape, but this is part of the start-up scene. I confuse my friends and family every time I try to explain what it is we are building.

      Pros

      Excellence and enthusiasm are bywords for all the teams and despite working remotely through my time there, I felt very much part of a team.

      Cons

      Working remotely all the time - I like an office and in person interaction!

      Mission Product Pay is ok Co-workers are some of the best in the web3 space

      Cons

      Best people are being let go Disagree with the CEO, they will find a way to out you Toxic management
