Some amazing talent in the teams, the kind of people who could turn their hand to anything. A really friendly HR team. Nice, caring, approachable.
Cons
So desperate to try and be edgy and cool that they don't know how to make an actual game that's fun any more. The places reeks of needing someone to validate them as the creative darlings they think they are in a frankly pathetic way. There is no vision or plan for the future. It's just a stumble from one leadership created disaster to another with the teams feeling exhausted from all the direction changes. The compromises made on a daily basis to get anything done were insane with more time spent managing upwards than doing your jobs. Pettiness and small mindedness existed in the top level. Small and cruel barbed comments, slights, little digs that just eat away at morale.
