Pros

The managers and co-workers are fantastic. Very friendly and very helpful. If you are having an off-day, you can count on the team at Boston Express to get you through it. Scheduling tends to be flexible depending on your availability. Each terminal has upsides and downsides, so one isn't really better than another but that depends on what you like to do. The job gets easier the more you work. Questions become repetitive and you will know the answer before you pick up the phone. This job is great for an easy way to gain experience that is required for other jobs.

Cons

As with any customer service position, customers can be challenging. Ticket Agents are at the front lines dealing with complaints and problems, and sometimes there is no satisfactory solution. Buses tend to run late on the week days due to traffic, and you will hear all about it from customers. Advancement opportunities are rare, but the company isn't that large to begin with.
