Disorganized, Micromanaged, Lack of Vision - Anonymous employee Boston Prep Employee Review

Disorganized leadership (except for select few). No real systems, meaningless PDs on Wednesdays, principals have 0 backbone, and unsure who is in charge, multiple different ideas from different leaders and NO ONE communicates proactively. Controlling culture, autonomy isn't promoted unless it's done the "Boston Prep" way.
