-Management makes all the decisions while employees have no say.
-IMO my performance was not based on the quality of my work but based on the perception I was leaving from getting to work at 9:15 due to having a one year old with a wife in school and an hour commute, compared to the rest of my group all with stay-at-home moms. My reviews had nothing to do with my accomplishments.
-Management called me in the middle of my vacation out of the country to tell me I was laid off. My group was given more funding for the year and then dissolved.
-Needs to operate much more efficiently.
