Pros
Everyone I have worked with is very good at what they do. It's a wonderful place to be. Very fast pace.
Cons
Some polices that are in place are not the most efficient. A majority of the support staff are extremely underpaid for the amount of work they do. Most times 2 to 3 people could do the work load expected of one support staff member.
