Staff are positive and proactive. Went out of their way to make processes work that might not have been communicated well at first
Cons
Automated ESS (Emlpoyee Self Service) system is extreme in its complexity)...Convoluted security coupled with an obscure approach to navigation makes what is fundamentally a major asset to the university and its staff a little more of a hurdle than seems necessary
