      Pros

      The ability to work a flex schedule is very important to me and there are many employees that take advantage of this option. Boulay is a very positive place to work, the partners are all friendly and helpful. Process improvements are encouraged and suggestions are considered which is not always the case at other firms. Employees are given the opportunities to work on things they are interested in and allowed to specialize or generalize, which is a huge plus over other firms. We are well taken care of during busy season with many perks, both food and activities. Compensation is fair and the company is stable and growing. It is a great place to work!

      Cons

      It is unfortunate there are not more women in leadership rolls. Out of approximately 30 partners only 4 are women.

      -Mid-size firm so you are able to develop close relationships with managers and teams. -Many learning opportunities to audit/work in various industries such as manufacturing, ethanol, employee benefit plans, health care, private and public companies, HUDs (housing and urban development), etc -Extremely positive work culture that offers many fun social events department and firm-wide -Variability in job tasks week to week with some consistency and ability to work with a variety of different people

      -Fast paced working environment so ensure to be up for the challenges, the steep learning curve, and high expectations
