Pros
If you enjoy working with kids this is obviously the job for you! Requires high energy and overall a positive work environment for high school age/young college kids. Lots of opportunities for recognition within the company and tips after each party. Very reasonable hours and the management was flexible with my high school/extra curricular schedule. As long as you are transparent with the management and prove to be a hard worker, they are very accommodating with time off or extra hour requests.
Cons
This is not a slow paced job by any means. You are go, go, go at all times. They problems are rarely the kids and almost always having to deal with the parents. Must be a people person.
