Pros
They are good and make you feel welcomed at first. They do preach the "family" values.
Cons
The "family" core values are not true at all. This is you common mom and pop construction company that still lives in the "man's world" mentality. The pay is not compensated right to what they want out of their employees. The top men of the company do whatever they want and there is absolutely no accountability. There are way better companies that will pay better and you will not have to deal with the harassment that is delivered at this company. They think they are the "big" company but need to use other companies to gain success. Everything from PTO to maternity leave is just the standard. Nothing special.
